Parents/Guardians fill out the registration form below.  Up to 4 students can be registered at a time. You will also have the option to purchase a T-Shirt for each student.

With your child’s registration of $5.00 for the Walk, each student will receive a soft pretzel and water and will be eligible to win some great prizes such as Gift Cards to Amazon, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, 5 Below, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Chipotle, and Lululemon.

T-Shirt Orders will be filled and distributed to the students during lunch in the Cafeteria the week leading up to the Walk.

Additional prize entries can be purchased. Every $5.00 donation gives the student another chance to win! The more you donate, the more prize entries the student will have.
